I had the opportunity to photograph the Waterford's Champagne Toast for their 10 year anniversary.  Our mayor, Lois Jackson, was there to help celebrate - what a lovely lady.  Two of the residences got to cut the cake and I love the photo of the two of them afterwards - just joy in their faces.

I must admit, celebrating a 10 year anniversary for a local seniors home (The Waterford) is one fun event.  All week long there were festivities planned to celebrate and one night they had a truly amazing dinner. Have a look at what was served...it smelled just as fantastic as it looked.

Last night I had the opportunity to photograph a dessert buffet, complete with a chocolate fountain. It was at a seniors community celebration its 10 year anniversary.  There were so many dessert choices all looking very delicious. How could you not eat at least one of everything?

We had a fairy garden party for my daughter's 4th birthday with a special guest...Tinkerbell.  It is such a treat to watch little girls experience seeing Tinkerbell...for real. I loved it.  Here are a few images from that day. Tinkerbell did an amazing job, she was from My Little Birthday Princess and you really could not ask for anything more...a fairy dream come true. I had the opportunity to photograph our neighbour shortly before she was due to have her baby.  It was a fun relaxing afternoon of taking photos.  I especially love this image, maybe because it capture a precious moment.
